General Information
Hanover Country Club is responsible for all food items, beverages, facilities and service required ensuring your event is a seamless event.
We offer a wide array of menu items that will truly satisfy all appetites. These carefully planned and prepared food and beverage items will be helpful to you in planning your upcoming event. We also will offer additional information or suggestions should you desire services that are not listed.
The Virginia ABC Board regulates the sale and service of alcoholic beverages. Hanover Country Club is the only licensed authority to sell and serve alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted to be brought onto the club property. Alcoholic beverages purchased at Hanover Country Club are not to be taken off the premises.

Service Charge
A 20% service charge is added to total food and beverage charges. An additional 5% Virginia State Sales tax is also added to total charges.
Menu Prices
Please note that the prices reflected on the menus are per person unless otherwise specified. Hanover Country Club reserves the right to reflect any changes in our menu pricing. You may anticipate a minimum of 5% increase in food and beverage pricing per year. All beverage charges are based on consumption and tallied at the end of the event. Prices for open and cash bar include mixers.
Confirming an Event
At the time of booking any event, a deposit of 20% of the estimated total (minimum of $100) is required to reserve your date.
